As an artist early in my exploration of analogue photography I used color film to shoot landscapes and sunsets. I became frustrated with my inability to capture what I was intending and became more fascinated both mathematically as well as artistically manipulating light and speed with shades of gray and Black and White film. I instantly became more enthralled capturing timeless black and white images. This inspired more artistic creation and really unleashed my artistic thinking as I shoot images. I enjoy working with natural and ambient light as it represents a more true composition, texture and how it translates the images details. In 2014, I moved to London, England, which allowed me the opportunity to travel across Europe and parts of Africa where I photographed landscapes, architecture, urban life and cityscapes. I moved back to the United States 2016 and resided in New York, NY and Philadelphia, PA where I continued to grow as an artist, and create more artistry and perfect my craft. In 2021 I moved to London with my wife, and I am excited to embark on this new chapter in our lives!
